The condo was clean, well kept and the description on Resort Reality's website was very accurate. We had beautiful views of sunsets over the sound and our dogs enjoyed sunning on the back deck too. The location is close to all local attractions but has a very private and secluded feel. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was a family vacation. The condo was very nice and was well equipped. The view the sound the beach the pier, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The only thing we didn't like was the busyness of 158 made it hard to walk to beach. Sometimes it was even hard to drive across. To bad there couldn't be some cross lights .

Had a wonderful week. The condo is beautiful, with everything you would need to relax and enjoy a trip to the beach. Not a bad walk to the beach. You have to be careful crossing the four lane road, but we did it every morning and evening to walk our dog. The pool was wonderfully relaxing and the weather was great. Spent half the day at the beach and the other half at the pool. Great location to Manteo and some awesome restaurants. Highly recommend trying the Full Moon Brewery in Manteo when you are there. Wish we could go back right now.

We really enjoyed the stay at Sugar Creek, it is close to all our favorite restaurants and the fishing at Oregon Inlet Marina. We were able to park 3 cars and my boat. The views of the sound were awesome. We fished each day while our wives shopped at the mall and enjoyed the pool. This was our second stay and it won't be our last. The bed was a little firm for me but everyone else slept well. It is really nice to have an elevator when handling luggage even when you stay on the first level.

The condo, C110, was well appointed and the parking for two cars and the elevator was a plus. We had three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals; however, a garbage disposal would have been nice but not necessary. The location was convenient for day trips along the Outer Banks. We had visitors from Virginia who took all the information to book this condo themselves.

My husband and I decided to take my 92 yr old father along on vacation this year. We chose Conch Out because of the handicapped facilities - elevator, wide doors, view, and of course, price. Although we usually stay on the ocean side, I was plesently surprised at the sound side. However, in this location the 2 sides are so close it really is about the same. Dad loved the view of the sound. I would have liked to have seen more toilet paper provided, but we purchased some!

Resort Realty really came through for us. We were evacuated from avon due to Irene, with no hope of being able to return to our house. We called Resort Realty and they helped us find this rental in Nags Head, for both a part week and an extra day beyond the normal rental week for this condo. The condo itself was very nice - clean, modern, and conveniently located to the beach and to shopping areas. Our only difficulty now is deciding whether to rent in Nags Head next year (for which we would definitely contact Resort Realty) or go back to our normal rental in avon. Thanks very much to Resort Realty.

We found the condo to be very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We origionally wanted to stay on the ocean side, but quickly realized this was an excellent location to stay. We were centrally located to many things in the area. Janettes Pier is a stone throws away, which has great beach access, showers, restrooms and plenty of parking. The only negatives would be the check-in times with the management company. Trying to check-in with a two hour window and some of the worst traffic I've ever seen seems a little crazy. If the rental companys would expand or stagger their check-in times, it would possibly ease some of the area congestion. Give yourself an extra 2-4 hours of travel time to deal with it.

Condo was extremely nice. Didn't appreciate having to pay for 7 nights when the condo was already rented out for one of those nights. Would have liked more access to walk the dog beside immediately around the condo and down a wooden boardwalk.
