The house is new and located in one of the most beautiful area of Phuket close to the beach of Nai harn. The construction is modern and gives on a peaceful and big garden and on a fantastic pool. All is at walking distance : bars, restaurants, supermarkets shops etc...

Response from the manager Nous sommes heureux que les locataires trouvent que la villa est recommandable. Les Locataires sont bien inform�s que la villa est sous un syst�me de location de ?self-catering", c'est a dire que l?eau et l?�ponge de la cuisine ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la location. Cependant, les Locataires peuvent se les procurer au supermarch� du coin, situ� a deux minutes a pied de la villa, ouvert tous les jours, 24h/24h. Sachez qu?un rouleau de papier toilette est bien installe dans chaque salle de bain lors de l?arriv�e. Le villa ne dispose pas de serviettes de piscine ni de chaussons. Au sujet de l?�lectricit�, il est parfaitement indiqu� (et cela pas en tout petit) sur l?annonce qu?elle n?est pas comprise dans le prix de la location. Nous esp�rons revoir Nathalie de nouveau � Phuket pour de prochaines vacances.

How do damage deposits work?
