Willmary estate is newly built off the similarly new Nairobi-Thika highway at the entrance-way to the East African Breweries Limited head offices. Across the highway is the road into the Thome/Garden estates and a short distance up the highway is the Safari Park International Casino on the left side and the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani on the right side. Public transport to and from the city centre is very convenient given the ease of travel afforded by the new super highway while travel up-country or towards the coast is facilitated by the nearby junction of the Northern and Eastern by-passes, avoiding the snarl-ups that may clog the city traffic.
The estate is located in the area where Actis International is planning to construct the largest shopping complex in East & Central Africa, Garden City.
