Additional Location Information

You are just steps away (.02 miles, in fact) from the beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass State Beach, ranked one of the nation's most beautiful beaches. It's perfect for sunning, swimming in the Gulf, shell-collecting, and picnicking beneath shady trees. For wildlife enthusiasts, Corkscrew Sanctuary is an easy 30 minute ride from here; the Conservancy of Southwest Florida is even closer: right off Goodlette-Frank Boulevard, at 14th Street. The gorgeous Naples Botanical Gardens are located on Bayshore Drive.

The Naples Pier and Lowdermilk Park offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico at sunset.

For history buffs, the Koreshan State Historic Site is a must-see. Walking tours of old Naples (including the Palm Cottage and Norris Gardens) are regularly scheduled.

If you like shopping and fine dining, 5th Avenue in downtown Naples and the Waterside Shops (off I-41) are pedestrian-friendly and well-worth exploring. Bargain hunters might want to visit the upscale Miromar Outlet Stores in Estero (between Naples and Ft. Myers on I-75).

A bit further afield, but perfect for day trips, are Shark Valley, part of the Everglades National Park, and Sanibel Island.

And cultural activities abound in Naples: music, theater, and museums at the Artis-Naples complex. On most Sunday afternoons, the Cambier Park Bandshell is the site of free outdoor concerts.

Neapolitans call their city "Paradise" -- so discover all the reasons why!
