Description

If you are planning to visit Naples for a short visit or plan to stay for a season, this is a must see property. Our 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom, ground floor, 1400 square foot condominium has been completely remodeled (2014) and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your clothing.

The condominium is not our primary residence and is used for many family visits which insures that the condo is in perfect condition at all times.

Living area has an open floor plan. Amenities include 2 bedrooms each with attached baths, two flat HD TVs, basic cable, WIFI, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster,and wine fridge. One bedrooom has one queen bed and second one has two queen beds. 6 people can comfortably sleep here, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a barbecue grill and patio set on the back deck which overlooks a tree covered lake with a family of ducks. You truly do not need to bring anything except your bathing suit and comfortable clothing. COMPLETELY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED.

How do damage deposits work?
