Light and Bright, this 2nd floor spacious condo is cheerful and well equipped. The south west exposure offers a view of a lake and beautiful sunsets! The condo offers a single car garage, large living room with off white leather upholstery, family room in cheerful blue and yellow with love seat size sofa and comfortable upholstered chair and flat screen TV and DVD. The adjacent kitchen is white with newer (2015) appliances, the breakfast area has a table and 4 chairs and the dining room has a large wood table and 6 chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom offering separate shower and tub and two sinks and private WC area. The guest bedroom has twin beds, TV and an adjacent bathroom with a combination tub/shower. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. In addition, there is a den with queen fold out sofa and full size desk and the owners have a computer and printer for your convenience. The lanai is screened and offers a table and 4 comfortable chairs. Pelican Marsh amenities include gated entry, fitness center with state of the art equipment, a separate large room with bamboo flooring which serves as a yoga/pilates studio with classes costing a nominal fee. There is also an excellent tennis program and tennis pro. Pelican Marsh is located directly next to the Mercato which is well known for its casual and world class dining, upscale movie theater, entertainment and shopping including a Whole Foods market. Pelican Marsh is located close to all Naples has to offer including the warm sunny beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
