This semi-detached cottage is located on a smallholding in Martletwy near Narbeth and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Hill Top Farm Cottage is located on the owners' smallholding in the village of Martletwy near Narbeth in South Wales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and sleeps six people with one double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect for children who can join in with helping the animals on the smallholding, Hill Top Farm Cottage is a wonderful family holiday home, all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking. Secure storage for bikes and equipment. Enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Wheelchair access and wide doors, suitable for less mobile. Note: Shower is wet-room style but has a small lip to step over. Note: Next to A road. Note: Natural pond in grounds of the smallholding, children to be supervised.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: With its abundance of quirky shops, tea-rooms and restaurants, the bustling town of Narberth is a wonderful place for a daytrip, and with many pubs as well as live bands playing at the Queens' Hall it makes a great place for a night out too. The rest of Pembrokeshire is within easy reach, with the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot particularly close by, as are the isolated, unspoiled sandy beaches at Broad Haven and Barafundle. Boat trips are available locally and offer visitors the chance to spot dolphins in their natural habitat, whilst the island of Skomer is home to a huge variety of bird life. For those who crave something more of an adrenaline rush, the Oakwood Theme Park is close by and the area is home to numerous white water rafting opportunities.
