Description

The Neoclassical is a gorgeous apartment in a historic villa in the heart of Tuscany, and it is the perfect accommodation for a holiday of culture and good life.

Located on the first floor of Villa Di Lupo Parra, it is given admittance through a monumental staircase which features astonishing frescoes and trough a delicious parlour where the frescoes on the walls and the ceiling simulate an open air terrace with country landscapes all around.

The apartment is is smart and bright; it is composed of a beautiful living room, two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The remarkable and absolutely unique neoclassical frescoes in the delicate nuances of ivory colour which are featured in the living room , as well as the allegories of arts which are depicted in a bedroom, create a seductive atmosphere of great serenity.

The villa benefits from a large garden where you can relax in the shadow of beautiful age-old trees.

Thanks to the considerable indoors and outdoors space social distancing and safety requirements to prevent Covid-19 are fulfilled.

The apartment and its equipment are accurately cleaned and sanitized before any check-in and after any check-out. The gap between a check-out and a new check-in is at least 24 hours so that the rooms can be aired a whole day according to health authorities' anti-Covid recommendations.

Common rooms such as entrance halls, landing and staircase are daily cleaned and sanitized.

Bicycles are available for guests, free of charge.

In November and December do not miss the famous local white truffles, as well as excellent wines and pure olive oil from local producers.

Located just 2 minutes from an highway exit, the property is the ideal base for art itineraries to Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano, and Siena. A car is not necessary: shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as a train station and a bus stop are within walking distance from the villa.

The sea is not far, with beautiful beaches in Tirrenia (just 20 minutes away by car) and in Viareggio (30 minutes).

Public swimming pools and tennis courts are only 5 minutes away by car.

Golf courses are just 20 minutes driving from the villa.
