Response from the owner Thanks for your review. We are very sorry to hear the problem with tv. All apartments have satelite tv with over of 150 programs in many languages but must turn on both of 2 controls. If you had inform us, we will have fixed your problem. Also the signal of internet had problem because of internet provider. We have already upgrade our internet signal for our costumers. As for stores in beach of N.Potidea in period of middle April they just begin to open for summer season. Your holidays was at begining of April (low season) when the shops hasn't open yet. Aqua Villas is 30metres from supermarkets, restaurants, taverns and beach bars which are open in period middle of April- end of September. You can find open shops and restaurants all year in village of N.Potidea which is 200metres from Aqua Villas. In addition, the view of each apartment is different. Some of them have view of N.Potidea bridge and football court, others have view of a part of sea (not view of all beach) or garden and others has view of the road. As for cleaning, the apartments have equipment for cleaning your room by yourself but also offer cleaning service if the stay is for 5days or more. Thanks

Response from the owner Το διαμέρισμα στο οποίο μείνατε ονομάζεται Blue Ocean Apartment και ειναι αντιπροσωπευτικο των φωτογραφιών. Ολοι οι χώροι του διαμεριμαστος εμφανιζονται στις εικονες (κήπος, σαλόνι, κρεβατοκαμερα, κουζίνα, μπάνιο). Όταν αναφερόμαστε σε παραθεριστικες κατοικίες και μάλιστα Villas προφανώς δεν αναφερόμαστε σε κλειστό διαμέρισμα πόλεως που παραπέμπει σε μια απρόσωπη κοινωνία χωρίς κοινωνικότητα. Όσον αφορά στη τοποθεσία, τα καταλύματα ουδέποτε αναφέρθηκε ότι βρίσκονται μπροστά στο κύμα άλλωστε δεν υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο στη Ν. Ποτίδαια. Αντιθέτως, βρίσκονται 2 στενα μακριά απο τα beach bar και τα εστιατόρια, κατι που προσφέρει ησυχία τόσο κατα τη διάρκεια της μέρας όσο και της νύχτας. Βρίσκονται δίπλα στο μεγάλης έκτασης γήπεδο που προσφέρει θέα προς τη γέφυρα της Ν.Ποτίδαια. Η παραλία έχει μια από τις μεγαλύτερες εκτάσεις που υπάρχουν στη Χαλκιδική ωστόσο επιλέξατε τη περίοδο του 15 Αυγούστου που είναι το top της Full Season. Στο σημείο αυτό θα πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι σας παρηχθηκε παρκοκρεβατο και κάθισμα φαγητού χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση καθώς επίσης δεν σας ζητήθηκαν τα χρήματα για τη περίοδο που κάνατε τη κράτηση πάρα μόνο για τις βραδιές που μείνατε παρόλο που εγκαταλειψατε το κατάλυμα στη μέση της διαμονής σας και χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση. Ευχαριστώ
