Description

The Villa is located 30m from a magnificent soft sandy beach with crystal water and lush surroundings. It is first on sea and has a stunning sea view. It has its own two (2) private courtyards (the main one in front, covered with a large pergola with sun tent and one in the back) with outdoor furniture and barbecue and is surrounded by a very large beautiful area of green lawn.

There is a private Parking of two (2) cars.

On the beach there is a private umbrella with 2 sun beds.

On the inside, the Maisonette has a total area of 80m2, in three floors. It is fully furnished, careful decorated and comfortably accommodates 7 people. It is fully air-conditioned in all floors and bedrooms. In the ground floor there is a fully furnished living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood) and a bathroom with shower and a clothes washing machine. Upstairs, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms – one with a large double bed (2 persons) and one with a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed (3 persons) – and a bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms on the first floor have access to a balcony with a stunning sea view. The bedroom on the third floor is equipped with a sofa that unfolds into a double bed (2 persons).

I will personally give the keys and explain everything about the villa and its amenities, the surrounding area, and any local experiences in the area. Any practical advices will be given for medical centers, doctors, pharmacies, shopping, supermarkets, Banks and ATMs, etc. There are two men in the nearby area (one gardener and one electrician-security man) at the guest disposal for any serious reason. Guests call on my personal mobile or email me for everything they need.
