Description

The apartment is situated on Oasis de Capistrano, one of the most desirable areas of Nerja. The apartment overlooks one of the three shared pools which are for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. From the terrace you have magnificent views of the mountains and lush gardens.

The terrace gets the sun from late morning until the sun goes down. You approach the property up a short flight of steps and then the apartment is on one level. The large terrace has a built in BBQ and dining table and sun loungers. A wonderful location to spend your summer or winter holiday, ideal for families or couples.

Burriana beach is a short walk away and there are two supermarkets both within walking distance.

There is airconditioning/heating in each room and wifi access, the TV has UK channels as well as sport.

For babies we have a travel cot and highchair.

There is a hair dryer for your use.

The bathroom has been remodelled and is new for 2017.

“Disappointed”

Whilst there were a few plus points like the well maintained complex and grounds. Afraid the same can’t be said about the apartment. The welcome pack was also a nice touch it could have been improved by a better quality bottle of Cava rather than the lowest priced one in the supermarket. Doesn’t need to be expensive just palatable. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery, but personally we felt the furnishings are start to look a bit jaded and the sitting room cushions are badly stained and starting to smell musty, these need replacing. Likewise with the sun-bed cushions they are of a similar condition and again could do with being replaced. Not sure how long the apartment had been vacant before our arrival but the terrace furniture was covered in dust and had to cleaned before we could use it and unlike the photos there were no seat cushions or table cover in the apartment. If you advertise it, the least you can do is provide it. Although the negatives did not prevent us from enjoying our holiday they would be sufficient to prevent us from recommending this apartment to others.

“Oasis de Capistrano”

My wife, daughter and myself holidayed recently in the Oasis de Capistrano complex in Nerja. The house in the Rabat district was perfect for our needs - comfortable, spacious, very well furnished, with a vast sun terrace and stunning views of the area. It had everything we needed including TV, wifi, washing machine, barbecue etc and as a result we had a fantastic family holiday. Highly recommended!

“Gorgeous apartment, the best in Nerja”

We had a wonderful time in Rabat 7, Oasis de Capistrano. The spartment was beautiful and clean and had everything we wanted for a two week stay for our family of 4. We have stayed in this complex twice before, at different apartments, but this was definitely the best! The location is perfect and the facilities great. Free wifi and air conditioning and ample towels and bedding. We made use of the BBQ and the balcony was stunning. It had fabulous views and sun all day long. We walked over to burriana beach in the evening, it took around 15 minutes over a rugged dirt track and both walked and caught the bus to Nerja town centre. It is a steady 20 minutes flat or downhill walk (we did always get the taxi back!). We absolutely love Nerja, we travel abroad 3 or 4 times every year but Nerja is our favourite destination due to its very laid back, friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, book now as you really won't be disappointed. Thank you to Sue for keeping us well informed during the booking process and being available to answer any queries...and the very prompt refund of our breakage deposit.

“Delightful apartment on a super complex”

The apartment is in a good position on Capistrano Oasis. It is clean, brightly decorated and very well equipped. We stayed for a week in May and have already booked for two more weeks in September. The pool and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful and kept to a very high standard. Good walks can be had in and around Nerja. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the heart of the town. If you don't walk, you can catch the local bus at the top of complex on the main road. 1 euro will take you into town. Lots of places to eat and plenty of bars. The town has a good buzzy atmosphere at night. All in all a great all round apartment, complex, town to have a holiday.
