Beautiful self catering Villa Punta Lara Nerja, Costa Del Sol, Southern Spain. This Self Catering Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 5 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. The Villa has pay as you go WIFI internet connection.
Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
The property is situated on the peaceful urbanization of Punta Lara, approximately 2km west of Nerja. It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, has 3 bars/restaurants that cater for the whole family within 200 meters and a communal pool (only accessible to residents adults and children) which also has an infant pool monitored by a qualified lifeguard when open between May and September. This is a typical Spanish house comprising two bedrooms, one double and one twin, (Sleeps 4-5, with a folding bed in the lounge)one large bathroom with bath / shower on the ground floor. Large lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen, shower/wc room on the second floor. The villa also has a balcony with sea views to enjoy the peace and solitude of balmy evenings. The villa has recently been subject to complete refurbishment of both bathrooms and kitchen and in June 2007 had a roof terrace installation which covers the full extent of the property. The views from this terrace just have to be seen to believed. .
The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.
Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europe
