This is the most luxurious apartment in Netanya 'on the beach' self ! ...and still just 5 min. walk from the newly designed town center, where all evening activities are. CALENDAR IS ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE!

A luxury penthouse-apartment in the heart of Netanya with a spectacular sea view. The apartment is located across the beach and in direct walking distance to shops and restaurants and is located directly in front of one of Israels largest shore side promenades with beautiful floral arrangements and many playgrounds for children. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the stunning sunset on the spacious balcony.

In the building complex you find various restaurants, a Cafee, a grocery, washsaloon and so on.

You don't have to go (drive) anywhere for any sort of service or the beach beach!

It is almost like an 'all inclusive' vacation.

There are 2 punlic (hotel) pools in the next vicinity. Fee based.

Please be advised that pool seasons in Israel starts late in the year!

This apartment is one of Israel's premier condos, featuring 4 luxurious and spacious bedrooms including a magnificent master bedroom with an insuite bathroom plus an additional bathroom with jacuzzi.

The apartment also features internet connection (through Wi-Fi), full Cable TV with international programs, fully and newly equipped kitchen with ice and water filter and an oversize new fridge. A completely new washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal. For lonesome evenings, we equipped the condo with a brand new large 55'' 3D LED flatscreen TV.

The master bedroom has a king size american style bed and a large TV. All other rooms have double beds, totalling 8 real beds. 4 additional people (by larger groups then 8) may sleep comforatbly on inflatable camping beds which you can lay on the floor during the night. (stow away during the day). An underground dual-parking space is available (important in the summertime ... cars can get pretty hot).

A drugstore, a grocery as well as a handful of restaurants and shops can be reached by foot, so you don't have to use a car if you don't want to for the whole vacation. The town square is just 10 minutes walk distance away, featuring great shopping, even more restaurants and cafés.

Arrival/ Departure

There is a train station 2km away, with regular trains to Tel Aviv (25 minutes) and the Ben Gurion International Airport (40 minutes). Taxi cost aprox. 10$ to/ from the train station. Pickup from the airport can be arranged. Taxi cost is currently $75, one-way.
