* Fully kosher kitchen – strict observance of Kashrut is a requirement for the rental of this apartment. The modern kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including oven, stove, microwave, fridge freezer, two dishwashers (milk and meat), waste disposal (in meat sink). Shabbat plate and Shabbat kettle available.
* There is a family bathroom and a separate guest toilet in addition to the master bedroom's ensuite shower room. The utility room leading off from the bathroom has a washer, clothes drier and second fridge.
* Swimming pool available during peak season. (July, August & September and weekend use in June), swimming without the lifeguard is forbidden (the pool gate is opened by the lifeguard).
* Dedicated Underground parking space, and there is also parking available in at the front of the building in the visitors car park and on the street.
* Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
* An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival to answer all questions during your stay.
* In order to secure a reservation we take a deposit of US$700 which is refunded after your stay, less any breakages or damage.
* The full rental is payable 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment by bank transfer. Details on enquiry.
* Rentals are confirmed by email after the deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been returned.
* The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 300 Shekels (which is not included in the rental price).
* Electricity is charged according to meter readings taken on arrival and departure (Israel Electric Corp rates).
* Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, an additional amount of 150 Shekels will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8am - 1pm

* Location - The property is situated less than two miles from the centre of Netanya with its restaurants and beautiful beaches. It's a 10 minute walk to Argaman Beach. Access to this small quiet beach is from the Ben Ami Boulevard. There are life guard services, open air gym equipment and a restaurant. Parking is free.
* You are a short drive from the extensive white sands at Poleg with its popular beach restaurant or the beautiful sandy beaches of Netanya which are a short drive away. Outside the building there is a children's play area and you’re a few minutes' walk away from Netanya's fantastic sea promenade. If you are feeling energetic, why not walk into Netanya and stop on the way for an ice-cream?
* Located at the heart of Israel, overlooking the Mediterranean shores, South Beach Netanya is only a short drive from two of the major traffic routes in Israel: road no. 2 (the coastal highway) and road no. 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 15 minutes away from Herzliya, 25 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Beit Yehoshua train station, located nearby and to buses.
* It's a 10 minute drive from Ir Yamim's new shopping mall with stores and restaurants and the Ir Yamim Tennis Center and a 15 minute drive from the Poleg Entertainment area. Where you will find a range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, and restaurants, cinemas and more. It is a 10 minute drive to Netanya's Independence Square.
* Synagogue - South Netanya Ashkenazi Congregation (SNAC) is a 3 minute walk away.
