Large and sunny 1-bedroom cottage (separate home) in downtown Nevada City. This cottage is nestled in a charming Victorian neighborhood. Private, yet mere minutes to local restaurants, shops and parks.

The Cottage includes a sunny living area with a couch, cozy woodstove, desk, table with room for 4, and a simple, but spacious kitchen (full fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer, Keurig coffee maker plus Aeropress and hot water warmer) with all the necessities for preparing meals. A balcony with gorgeous views is just off the living area (views of Pioneer Park). A separate king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, laundry room and access to a covered porch. There are two fold out futon pads for extra guests.
