Charming beach cottage, clean, well maintained interior,central AC. Cottage located on dead end street, 4 houses from LI Sound. Residents share PRIVATE BEACH. View of ocean and salt marsh from front porch. Short walk to TOWN BEACH PLAYGROUND, WATER PARK AND 2 SEAFOOD RESTAURANTS! (Additional Coronavirus restrictions limit use of the town beach for residents of the town.)

Enclosed front and outdoor porches, fully equipped kitchen,gas stove,washer,dryer,blender,lobster pot,microwave,mixer. Cable,broadband internet. New quality linens, BEACH TOWELS, paper goods,soaps, toiletries,coffee, spices,beach chairs, floats, Welcome Gift.

No need to change out of your bathing suit! A short trip from the big metropolitan areas of New York, Boston using either i-95 or the Shore Line Train.
