Whether you are in town for a romantic getaway, business travel, family vacation or a special group celebration, this spacious 2-story 3 bedroom condo puts you only a short ride or walking distance away from must-see places like French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Convention Center, Mercedes Benz Superdome and more.

This modern 2-story condo features a spacious living and dining room area with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace and everything else you need to make your stay enjoyable and fun.

The gourmet kitchens come with espresso cabinets, sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with tile backsplash, and make your dinner prep for the nights that you just don’t feel like going out easy and hassle-free.

The bathrooms come with a garden tub. As you head upstairs to the second level, all three bedrooms have comfortable beds with gorgeous leather frames and high headboards so you can sleep tight and wake up rested ready for another day of NOLA adventures.

• This is a two-level unit with a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. This unit is not handicap-equipped.

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.

• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request

• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.

• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.

• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine

• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

The building itself is only half a block from the famous St. Charles St, one of the safest streets and neighborhoods in the city. With public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar literally at your doorsteps, this condo puts you within a short ride to French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. The famous Magazine St, boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and vibrant nightlife is only 2 miles away from the condo.

As you step out from your condo, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Anything from high-end dining options to coffee shops to “holes-in-wall” gems known only to locals is at your disposal. Among the crowd, favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more.

If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. It is a ******* sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.
