Description
The condo is in the 78 acre gated community of Oceanwalk condominiums complex with secure covered garage parking. It is on the 4th floor (elevator available), with a beautiful view of the wetland and sunsets.
All the furnishings in the unit are in excellent condition. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bedroom set with a dresser and night stands, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser. There are walk in clossets in both bedrooms. There is a jaccuzi tub in the master bathroom. The living room has a leather couch and a matching love seat with a qeen size pull out bed. There are a 50' plasma TV, a Blu-ray Disc Player, Cable service, wireless Internet service, cordless telephone with free long distance calls within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and all essential cookware and dishware. There is a washer and a dryer in a separate laundry room off the kitchen. The completely private large patio is furnished with full patio furniture and is completely screened with a sliding window for a clearer view of the wetlands and the breath taking glorious sunsets
