We stayed for four nights in early March and just had the most wonderful time. Randy was so accommodating and flexible and his apartment is truely special and a place we definitely hope to visit again. Randy provided us with suggestions and really made us feel welcome. It was quite chilly while we were there but the apartment was so warm and cosy. As part of our honeymoon we met friends in New York and the apartment comfortably slept the four of us. Within walking distance from all the key locations we were able to see and do so much. Time Square, Broadway, Central Park and the Empire State Building all only a few blocks away we only wish we had more time! We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment!

We've just arrived home in Scotland from a fantastic week staying in this apartment. There is so much to do in New York that we didn't spend much time indoors, but every single thing about this place is excellent.
The reservation process, checking in and out and all communication with the owner was first class. We always knew exactly what was going on and how things worked. The reception staff on the block were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The look and feel of the apartment - and the views - are even better than they appear from the pictures on the websites. It really is 'spectacular' and 'luxurious' as claimed.
The location is good too, just a short walk from two subway stations, Times Sq, the Broadway theaters and dozens of great eating places. The local area feels very safe and friendly.
All in all, there's nothing to fault. An excellent experience.

This apartment was perfect for our first visit to NYC!
The pictures don't even give justice to the magnificent views this apartment grants.
The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with, as were the staff in the lobby that greeted us each morning.
The apartment itself was beautiful, with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, lovely decor and best of all, two bathrooms that made getting the four of us out and about early so much easier.
The location could also hardly have been better, with Time Square, Macy's, The Empire State Building, water taxi and so much more all within walking distance.
I so hope we can return to NY in the near future and make use of this apartment again. Can't more strongly recommend this apartment!

The views as you enter the apartment are breathtaking. We were met by Randy who showed us round and left us to our week in New York.
The location of the apartment is brilliant - we were 10 mins from Times Square and from there we walked north and south, east and west clocking up probably about 6 miles a day. We were able to get back to the apartment late each afternoon, and then get organised and back out in the evening. We could walk - much easier than sitting in taxi's - to local restaurants or shows that I had previously booked or a couple of times we just ordered in takeaway as we were just exhausted!
In the evenings when we got back, we would sit and look down the whole length of Manhattan from 42nd Street and on one side of the settee you had a brilliant view of the Empire State Building. We did visit the Empire State Building with our two teenage daughters. One comment, from one daughter, when we got to the top after waiting in the queues, was "We can see more from the apartment and we don't have hundreds of people pushing us"!
The apartment had everything that we needed for our week's stay and our welcome gift was most welcome that first day after walking 8.5 miles! The staff on the door and in reception were always cheery and very helpful and the entrance area was really clean and tidy and had a very nice smell when you went in and out.
We were very fortunate with the weather for that time of the year and certainly, although warm, didn't have the humidity we were told to expect. We were very warm at night and felt the ac's could have been colder but didn't seem to go any cooler. But to be honest this wasn't a massive problem.
All the facilities in the kitchen were excellent and were easy to use. Even the rubbish (trash) shoot was a new experience for us and it was a fight to get rid of the rubbish each day.
We had an exhausting week, but this view more than made up for it each morning we woke and each night we came back to the apartment.

This place has everything you need for the perfect NY stay.
A clean modern apartment in a building with excellent concierge services. Location is great - walking distance to Times Square and the subway is nearby.
Randy is a great host, helpful and welcoming. There was even milk in the fridge!
It was the first time my two daughters had been to NY and to wake up to those views of Manhattan was a real treat and the views were just as good at night.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

What a marvellous nine days we spent in this fabulous apartment! From our first inquiry, Randy was incredibly efficient in answering our questions. We planned our New York visit almost nine months prior to arriving, often viewing the photos displayed on FlipKey and Tripadvisor, yet we were still overwhelmed by the view. We never tired of watching the boats on the Hudson from dawn to dusk and the many moods of the Empire State and New York skyline. The 4th July fireworks were a highlight.
The location was so central and after a day of exploring New York in the midst of the summer heat, the icemaker in the Kitchenaid fridge was a lifesaver! We felt very safe walking home from the theatre through Times Square and it was a short walk to the Port authority Subway. The buses along Ninth and Tenth avenues worked well to access the Highline and discover Chelsea Market. There were many restaurants, cafes and food vendors only minutes away. We also appreciated the attention provided by the concierge and managers in the lobby as we entered or departed the building.
The apartment is wonderfully equipped with quality appliances. Our breakfast bagels could be easily toasted, while the washer and dryer were so handy. With two teenage children we appreciated the two bathrooms and generously sized sofa beds in the study and lounge room. The high speed internet and entertainment options, including two large screen televisions were excellent. The air conditioning, so vital in the heat of summer, was very efficient.
We adored every moment of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It added so much to an unforgettable New York family holiday.

Stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend for my 30th birthday. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, views incredible and a great location. Checking in/out could not be simpler and Randy could not do enough to help. Would certainly recommend.

My teenage son and I stayed for ten nights in this wonderfully located and superbly appointed 2 bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic, the views remarkable/spectacular and accurately depicted in the Tripadvisor images. We loved the apartment for its location and size (2br/2bathrooms), its stylish appointments and amenities, the helpfulness of the concierge and the helpfulness and generosity of the owner. We walked to most well known New York landmarks, including Broadway and Off Broadway theatres. It is very close to the subway and has a conveniently located supermarket, specialist market and wine merchant. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. I want to return to New York which is a wonderful city and will definitely stay here again. I have recommended the apartment to my friends as I feel that their enjoyment of New York will be enhanced by staying in this apartment in this location.

The minute we walked into the apartment we knew we had found a gem. Location was perfect as we had arrived for the New York marathon, which unfortunately was cancelled due to hurricane Sandy. However the apartment more than made up for any disappointment. Daughter and partner joined us and It was ideal in terms of privacy and large enough to share without being on top of each other. Randy ensured the apartment was well stocked with those little extras which made all the difference to our stay. Location was central to all the other activities we wanted to do, the subway was close by which enabled us to visit lower Manhattan and we were a hop and step away from the water taxi and river cruises. Randy made the whole process very easy from our first contact which was appreciated. Fantastic stay and would recommend it.

Our first visit to New York and how lucky were we to find this beautiful apartment. The location, the views, the cleanliness and most of all the friendliness of Randy were second to none. We were three ladies and felt so safe staying here. I have already recommended it to several friends.

Came for a 10 day stay from Vancouver. This place is fabulous! Loved everything about it. Very busy area of New York so we appreciated the escape from the commotion outside to the peace and tranquility of the apartment. We were surprised at how hectic the surrounding neighborhood was. So if you are looking for that quiet "artsy" type of area in New York this would not be your place. But if you want a modern high rise near the "touristy" area of the city this place would be ideal. Owner was great.

The apartment is even better than in the pictures; spacious, luxurious, clean and extremely well stocked. Complete package with doorman and reception staff that are very helpful and friendly. There were 4 of us that stayed for 10 days and the sofa beds are pretty comfortable and the windows open which is a nice bonus for a high rise. It really is hard to fault, the location is very central and there are great restaurants in the area and easy access to Time Square Subway. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very patient in answering any queries. Cant recommend highly enough.

From the moment we got out of the taxi we knew we had made the right choice. The location was perfect for us : close enough to time square, restaurant row and accessible to all of Manhattan.
Arriving in the flat didnt change our impression, it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We travelled with our friend and the flat accommodated us comfortably, it is ideal for two couples, providing adequate privacy and large enough to share our daily experiences over a meal, evening drinks and breakfast. The owner also provided those little touches that make the differences, ie. tea, coffee, milk, extra towels. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and helpful in all aspects. From our first email until receiving our deposit there was no hiccups or delays. To sum it up, it was home away from home for a reasonable cost -cheaper than the hotel that we had originally planned to stay. Did we mentioned the views, breathtaking! It's a corner flat!

Wanted to show my wife and her sister the Big apple for the first time so I needed a place in the center of it all. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. Right near the Broadway shows and so easy to get everywhere. The place is super clean, modern and has every comfort and convenience. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Views are advertised--fantastic! I used to stay in hotels but have shifted to vacation rentals as you get better value and it feels so much more like a home. We ended up eating a lot of meals in the apartment as the kitchen is open to the the living area and we couldn't resist the great sunsets! Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted a fancy place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and decided to take a chance on this listing as there were no reviews. So glad we did! The apartment truly deserves 5 stars and the owner is super accommodating. He let us check in early and we left the apartment in the mid afternoon for a late flight back to Texas.
We loved the views! You can see for miles and the Empire State building is right in front of you.
Saw a lot of Broadway shows and they were all an easy walk away. Times Square is very close and its easy to take the subways anywhere.
The place is a two bedroom and we did not need the second one but it was nice to have the space and an extra bathroom.
