The service was professional and yet warm. The home had almost every amenity one could ask for and more. The location was fantastic..quiet and yet central. Would want to stay there again next time we visit New York.

Our stay in NewYork was a total success. Erin, from Coach House Rentals, made us feel at home with her warm welcome in NewYork and her professional advice and assistance. The apartment was even better than the photos displayed on the website. Wonderful neighbourhood and very close to the underground station. The apartment was fully equipped, modern furniture, very nice interior decoration and absolutely clean and comfortable for 4 people, with 2 large bathrooms! I would strongly recommend it! On top of all, the best thing was the wonderful roof and incredible view of New York you had from the top of the apartment building (day and night!). Great!
Worst thing was the complicated and tiring process with the agency to close the rental (data, documents to be signed, payment process... Should find an easier way to do it! ).
Since the apartment is full of nice trendy modern furniture and even some delicate glass lamps, I would not recommend it for families with small kids.

If you're staying in NYC more than two or three nights, you can't beat staying in an apartment. It's less expensive, much more roomy, and you get a more "New York" experience. The apartment was wonderful, with great views from the apartment itself, and absolutely spectacular views from the rooftop terrace--it must be one of the very best views in NYC. Check-in was a breeze, the doormen were helpful, and the neighborhood was terrific. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was fantastic. Clean and contemporary, in a beautiful newer building, with a roof top terrace and views that were positively stunning! The staff at CHR was very professional and so helpful with every request. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

we could'nt have asked for more. this was the first time we stayed in a vacation rental property, rather than a hotel, and we were not disappointed. There were two couples staying in this amazing apt and we had plenty of room (not to mention the fact it was far cheaper than a nice hotel). It was beautifully decorated, all the amenities, and the location was second to none.
This was our first trip to New York and the location was perfect. Central to everything. We walked to Soho, up and down 5th Ave, and a 2 min walk to the Empire State Bldg and Macy's!! The view from the rooftop terrace was incredible, day and night.
The service provided by Erin, the Coach House Rentals representative was fantastic. (They were also very responsive to my e-mails and questions prior to our arrival) She met us there, showed us all of the workings of the apt., and even brought flowers and a basket of goodies to eat!!
There was a very comprehensive book with descriptions of local eateries and shopping, we referred to this everyday!
i can't recommend this property and service highly enough. I'm actually worried it will become so popular, we'll have trouble booking again!!

This was truly a bargain for 4 people in New York City. We were greeted at the condo by our rental agent who presented us with a beautiful bouquet of long-stemmed flowers which we enjoyed during our 5-day stay. On the kitchen counter was a basket filled with breakfast goodies which lasted several days. The view from the 50th floor roof was spectacular. The neighborhood was convenient to the subway and bus. The unit was spotless and comfortable enough for 4 people. We enjoyed getting a breath of fresh air from the balcony. The only drawback was the futon in the 2nd bedroom which was not very comfortable and not large enough for two adults. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit and the rental agency. We would definitely rent through them again.
