Welcome, we have travelled & know what it is like to stay away from home & what is needed to make it feel more like home, taking all of this into consideration we embarked on a mission to create Cooks Hill Parkside.
Its all here for you, a new modern architecturally designed space, with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4. Full kitchen, with everything you need to make a gourmet meal, stylish bathroom, full laundry, sunny courtyard & BBQ.
We enjoy travelling & would like you to be our guests now.
Cooks Hill’s newest architectural designed loft, is ready for your stay.
We are the providers of luxe high end accommodation for the modern traveller. Think business travel, family events, celebrations, sporting pursuits, we have your lifestyle and accommodation needs in mind.
The loft is fully decked out for all your needs, you will sleep soundly in Egyptian cotton sheets in the 2 comfortable queen beds. Wake up and make yourself breakfast in the fully equip kitchen with ceaser stone bench tops or get your morning coffee at one of the many nearby cafes. And don’t worry about the dishes, we have thought of that – Dishwasher!! All tea and coffee provided and Nespresso coffee maker too.
The bathroom is styled with custom local made cabinetry, Australian made tiles and plush towels. Stay toasty in warm winter with heated floors and cool in summer with the louvre windows. (Hairdryer provided also.)
Lounge about and decide on your day, or ask us for suggestions, only too happy to help. Flat screen TV with NETFLIX and high speed WIFI internet provided.
The outside elements are abated with ducted heat and cool air conditioning, or let Mother Nature in with opening the louvre windows and glass doors.
Full laundry with washer and dryer is downstairs for all your laundry needs. Plus clothes line outside to dry your clothes or use the dryer. Iron and Ironing board provided also.
Sunny courtyard for soaking up the sun, cooking a BBQ breakfast or dinner, sit back and relax. Plus clothes line for drying clothes or for wet beach towels.
All linen is supplied: bed sheets, bath towels, tea towels etc and even beach towel. How easy!
We live in the main house and happy to make your stay more enjoyable, or if you like your peace and quiet that is fine too.
Coded key pad access for door entry will be confirmed with reservation.
