Description

The Annexe at Cedar Cottage is a beautifully presented self contained Annexe with its own private entrance.

A well behaved dog is welcome.

Situated on the squirrel trail/ cycle path it is ideal for walkers, cyclists or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Free Wifi.

There are two wood burners. One in the conservatory and one in the bedroom, ideal for cosy winter nights in. All wood and solid fuel is supplied for your enjoyment. It also has four radiators, two in the conservatory and two in the bedroom.

Private enclosed garden with table and chairs. an ideal place to unwind and relax with a spot of alfresco dining. The garden is also perfect for a dog.

Free onsite parking.

Entering through the Conservatory into a large but cosy kitchen, dining, sitting area. The wood burner making it feel very cosy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, small oven, hob and a microwave. There is a complimentary food parcel for your enjoyment.

Double doors lead off to a large room with a comfortable king size bed, double sofa, freeview tv and dvd player. There is also a wood burner.

The ensuite consists of a large shower toilet and basin.

There is a selection of books, board games and Dvds

The award winning The Pointer Inn and The Garlic Farm are both within walking distance.

The Annexe is well located within a fifteen minutes drive to the towns of Newport and Ryde and ten minutes to the coastal towns of Sandown and Shanklin.

All bedding and towels are provided.

Lovely, cosy, well appointed and immaculate accommodation. Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful hosts. The eggs, milk, butter, bread and cereal were a welcome touch which was much appreciated. The Annex is well placed for touring around the island and we had a very enjoyable stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
