Great little hideaway

Left on Mar 09, 2010 for a stay in December 2009

Howle Hideaway is a real gem hidden in the depth's of the Herefordshire countryside.

The house has been beautifully decorated throughout to a very high standard and was a real 'cosy' place to stay as a couple. The property had a very large open plan lounge and kitchen with the bedroom on the first floor (via a quite tight spiral staircase).

The owners of the property were very helpful and were…

Lovely house and gardens

Left on Jan 04, 2011 for a stay in November 2010

Splendid beak

Left on Aug 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We were made very welcome on arrival by the owner. This is a great apartment in lovely location. It looks out over the main docks area so there is always something going on. The whole area has been subjected to regeneration and it seems that the local authorities are doing their best to maintain appearances. Easy walk to several good restaurants and the Waterways museum. Plenty of attractions …

Quiet and peaceful retreat

Left on Sep 06, 2012 for a stay in June 2012

This cottage is set in a very quiet locality. It is not really suitable for anyone without transport because of the out of the way location.
The cottage is reasonably well equipped although some additional items such as a tray would be helpful.
Because of the location mobile telephone reception is virtually zero. Although Internet connection is available it is difficult within the cottage.
