Description
The property is light and airy, well equipped and furnished to high a standard. It boasts a south facing secluded balcony leading from the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The facilities are extensive, featuring a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a fan oven, gas hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds, a wall mounted Freeview TV with DVD player, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite. There is also a pull out trundle bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe. Wall mounted Freeview TV.
Main Bathroom features a bath with shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Ensuite shower room features a WC, wash basin, rain shower and heated towel rail.
The property is situated between the beautiful beaches of Fistral and Crantock Fistral Beach is less a 5 minute walk from the Apartment.
Newquay is a bustling harbour town, well know for it's surfing beaches, shopping centre and excellent golf course (within a 10 minute walk of the apartment). Whether you surf, want to learn to surf, play golf or just want to relax on the beach- Newquay has it all.

“Stay in Newquay, Pentire Crescent”
We stayed for 4 days at Shona Ford s in Newquay The flat is fabulous, very clean, well equipped, we couldn't expect more, we felt at home,we highly recommend Shona s place. Cornwall is beautiful,people very nice.

“Great place”
Only thing missing was a sea view, but the location was still fab with only minutes to Fistral beach. The appartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable - very fairly priced. Would stay again.
