LARGE COMFORTABLE LOUNGE AREA - with wall mounted LCD TV, and free view, lots of seating to relax. Patio doors leading out to patio+ garden area with stunning sea views. Perfect to relax on the patio while keeping an eye on the children . The garden area, and pool area are always lovely and quiet, very relaxing!!
DOUBLE BEDROOM - Stunning sea views. Plenty of wardrobe space, and drawers, also under bed pull out drawers - perfect to give extra storage space!! Also bedside drawers with bedside lamps .............
TWIN BEDROOM - Sea views + beach views from here, there is such an amazing feeling of being close to the sea here, it seems so close that you can see the surfers in the sea. Fantastic modern, twin bedroom, lots of wardrobe space, under bed pull out drawers, chest of drawers, bedside lamps.
BATHROOM - with bath and over bath shower, shower screen, WC and sink with storage underneath, large mirror.
* WE CAN NOT ACCEPT A DOG HERE IM AFRAID -- the complex do not allow dogs.

“Disappointing”
The location was great over looking Fistral beach, the communication and friendliness of the owner was good. But the flat was a disappointment. The property is dated, the bathroom was tired and the shower didn't work very well. The extractor fan in the bathroom was so disgusting! The hot water was intermittent. The small fridge freezer was working, but the door shelf was broken and the freezer door also broken. The bed slats were on the floor on one side of the master bed so I had to take off the mattress to replace the slats. The kitchen bin doesn't have a lid, the bathroom bin lid is broken. There is no wifi. I will not be coming back!

We are so confused by your comments as we have so many guests leave amazing comments as they love it here so much ....... this is a new Combi Boiler fiitted here with an abundance of really hot water ! This works very well and we have never had any problems with this. You did mention this and i offered to send the gas engineer but you refused which is really odd. Your other comments seem unfair as the fridge freezer works really well ..... the catch has come loose of the little freezer door but this works perfectly well and closes ok. There is a bin lid so this makes no sense. Regarding WIFI this property is advertised as not having wifi at present --- but this is being fitted soon. So why book a property that clearly states no wifi --- then complain that there is no wifi. ?? ...... You are being very unfair and very petty. ........ WE MUST POINT OUT TO OTHER GUESTS TO SEE OUR OTHER REVIEWS FROM GUESTS WHO HAVE LEFT AMAZING 5 STAR REVIEWS ........ this is a stunning location with amazing Sea Views ..... this is a lovely modern property well equipped with everything you could need ..... and with an amazing Swimming pool and gardens to relax. “Beautiful location and apartment”
We had a lovely time on our week trip. The location is above compare, easy access to town and lovely views. The picture attached was our view every night. The only down sides are no WiFi which was a blessing to get the kids off devices but not so much for adults that had some bits of work to finish for that week. You also have to bring your own towels , bath and beach which is bit of pain- bath ones that is. However it is without a doubt the most reasonably price rental and it is totally value for price, if owner added towels and WiFi she could easily charge more , it is just so beautiful there. Totally recommend!!!!

Many properties to rent in the area do not have this. We really do try to keep our prices very reasonable ...... so we do provide all linen etc ... but guests do bring their own towels ! “Great for families”
Great place to stay with children of all ages, for the older teenagers they can walk to beach and town, for younger children it’s close to the beach and has a pool with garden area great house with views of Fistral, has own parking. Jane was very helpful with our booking and any queries prompt reply. We would definitely come here again

Response from the owner Thank you for your review Ann Marie ...... UNFORTUNATELY THOUGH in this business you will always get the odd guest who tells lies im afraid ! ........ On arrival this guest was given check in details but told not to enter the house until 4pm when this would be available ..... but they completely ignored this and entered the house at 11am ..... causing so many problems for the cleaning co. during Covid .... when cleaners are having to leave time between cleaners leaving + guests arriving ..... to ensure guests safety !! ...... This then meant that the cleaning manager could not call back to check the property + caused so many problems ..... and the guest was then annoyed about this ! ... SO they have now made up this nonsense!! ......... It is just rediculous ..... the double mattress is a fantastic new firm, quality mattress .... which is so comfortable ........ The sofas are lovely modern comfortable sofas .... with no wear on them whatsoever !! THIS IS A PRIME LOCATION OVERLOOKING FISTRAL BEACH ...... and we offer amazing value here for such an amazing location with stunning sea views !! ........ The beach hut decor here is so lovely .... with whitewashed cladding and doors ..... which is meant to show the grain of the wood ..... this guest just didnt understand the wonderful beach hut feel with the lovely whitewashed beach hut feel with grain showing !! ........
