Ideal location for a successful holiday, 1 'walk from Piazza Garibaldi, 3' of the old town and the "green corridor", 5 'from the port and the city center and less than 10' from the beaches. Restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment ground floor boasts a large private terrace on the backyard of the building.

“Everything you need!”
Well equipped studio in excellent location. Great communication with the owner who was most informative. Really enjoyed our week in Nice and the lovely studio made it all the more enjoyable.
