Description
There are three balconies. The large corner balcony, one where visitors can s' sit and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the harbor. The apartment is south west facing and gets the sun from morning to afternoon. It has 4 rooms with tall ceilings. 2 bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with 2 beds 1 - -1 Spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet - kitchen with electric stove, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is an electric heating and air conditioning. -The living room / dining room has a large table and chairs for dining and a comfortable corner sofa ANR four chairs.

“Best view in Vieux Nice!”
It’sa lovely, clean apartment. Great location. No need for a car as the L2 tram runs from the airport to just outside. Supermarket nearby and a handful of good restaurants too. The owner is very nice and obliging. His response time to communications was very fast. My family will return to this property and I do highly recommend it.
