Description

Villa Tibushi Aruba is a cosy Spanish style villa with private pool at just 3 minutes driving from Aruba's best beaches. The 6-persons villa is located in a quiet residential area and is the perfect place to enjoy Aruba to the fullest. The villa is newly refurnished.

Villa Tibushi Aruba has a livingroom with a high, wooden ceiling and features a comfortable seating area with couch, flatscreen TV and a dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4-pits cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer.

Through the French doors you can connect the livingroom with the garden and pool area to enjoy the outdoors.

The villa features 3 bedrooms; a masterbedroom and two smaller bedrooms. The masterbedroom with queen-size bed has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet; through the French doors you can step out of the bedroom right into the swimmingpool!

The two smaller bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) are located at the front side of the home and share a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

All rooms are air-conditioned (with remote-control) and there is free WIFI throughout the villa.

In the backyard you can enjoy the Aruban sun and jump into your own private pool. The refreshing freeform pool is approx. 7m. x 3m. with a max. depth of 1.50m, and can be beautifully illuminated at night. Next to the pool you can find an outdoor shower and lounge beds in the shadow from the palapa.

Under the roof you will find an outdoor dining set and bbq area for long summer nights.

In front of the home there is a cosy frontporch with seating area and enough space to park your car(s).

Next to the villa we rent out two studios as well, which can be rented together with the home. Each studio sleeps 2 persons and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. This way we can accommodate up to 10 people! If you are interested in renting the studios as well, please contact us for more information. (Studio guests have no access to the pool & backyard, this is for private use of the villa-guests.)

Please note:

* Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

* Pets are not allowed.

* The rent includes normal water and electricity use of 30KW electricity per day and 6 m3 water per week. Our property manager will take the meter readings together with you upon your arrival and departure; extra use will be deducted from the deposit. With normal use, this will not be necessary.
