The perfect property for groups or extended family traveling together with lots of space and privacy for all.

Filled with character and charm, the property offers open plan living, a sparkling solar heated pool and lush garden. Protected from the prevailing summer winds.

The spacious Villa features an open plan farm-style kitchen - dining - living area with great flow onto large covered veranda with BBQ and extended deck area, a tranquil water feature and exquisite views of Chapman’s Peak Mountain. It offers 3 bedrooms plus two extra in the garden cottages - 5 bedrooms in total.

High quality linen and appliances.

Servicing 3 x per week can be arranged.

Only 1.5kms from the world-famous white sands of Noordhoek Beach and a short stroll from the Noordhoek Common where the local horses graze. Enjoy sundowners and fine dining at the various restaurants and pubs in the Noordhoek Farm Village.

Guests can also enjoy horse riding on Noordhoek Beach, go swimming, surfing and kite surfing, scuba diving and kayaking, or visit the Boulders Beach penguin colony in Simon's Town. Cyclists can enjoy various cycling routes in the area, while the Constantia Valley Wine Route, Cape Point Nature Reserve and three golf courses are a 15-minute drive away.

Close to amenities and beaches such as Noordhoek and Fish Hoek beach, Cape Point vineyard, Noordhoek Farm Village, Silvermine Nature Reserve and mountains.

Noordhoek is the perfect destination for families with children with a rural country feel but yet close enough to all the amenities.

“Lovely stay”

The villa is perfectly located to visit The Cap area. The garden is big enough with the swimming pool , the children love it! Inside the house , the decoration is awesome and the cottage are so confortable. Thanks to Hilda and Joy for welcoming us. It was a perfect family holidays. We may come back for sure. Nicolas
