Brand new renovated stunning Victorian terrace in Fitzroy North, arguably one of the BEST areas in Melb to stay. Museum only 2.9km & 4km to the city.
Fitzroy North Villiage less than 1 min walk; there you will find fabulous cafes, restaurants, deli, grocery, butcher, flight deck travel & beauty salons. Edinburgh Gardens is 5 min walk. Tram 86 is 1 min away & takes you to City, Waterfront Docklands & Retro/Arty Smith St & sophisticated Gertrude St, Fitzroy.
Smith St, Fitzroy: is an enduring, bohemian village, well known for it's funky, retro & arty atmosphere. It’s famous for some of Melbourne’s best street graffiti, art galleries, live music, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Take tram 86 and stop at tram stop 19 and walk along Smith to Gertrude St. There are many places to eat, Alimentari, 302 Smith St, (tram stop 19 or 20) is one of my favorite brunch/ lunch spots. Make sure you stroll the laneways for graffiti art. There are also several wholesale sports stores in Smith st, tram stop 17-18.
Brunswick Street, Fitzroy: is a trendy street with a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and live music. Take tram number 11 on St Georges Rd, at the end of the Edinburgh Gardens, next to the Fitzroy Bowls Club. It’s approx. 8 min walk to tram stop. One of my favourite rooftop bars is Naked for Satan, 285 Brunswick st; go to the rooftop for drinks & dinner, great city views. Tram 11, stop 15.

House rules
No smoking ever allowed in the house. If smoking in the courtyard, all doors must be closed. Any evidence of smoking inside we will automatically forfeit entire bond money. It's difficult to eradicate smoke smell & it our next guests will cancel their booking.
Pets allowed only if prior agreements have been made. Pet fee $20 per night,
