Picture yourself relaxing the days away in an oasis of peace, serenity, and nature at your retreat on the sea. Sunset Shack is the perfect condo for you to take in the tranquil sights and sounds of the surf as the sun and moonlight dance on the water.

Sunset Shack at the Verandas by the Sea is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ocean view, end unit condo with a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom and a balcony which allows for ample natural lighting and a west-facing window with which to take in the spectacular sunsets. Enjoy the spacious balcony with panoramic, sliding glass doors. Relax on the balcony and take in the expansive views of the beach and ocean. The spacious master bedroom contains two ultra comfortable queen beds with new mattresses. Custom wood flooring throughout the living and bedroom areas, tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, and a full kitchen with a built in microwave. There is also a well-hidden murphy bed in a closet just off the living room which offers additional sleeping arrangements. The newly renovated bathroom is complete with a luxury tiled waterfall shower.

Your retreat at Sunset Shack offers something for everyone of all ages and interests. This cozy condo is in close proximity to all the entertainment the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach has to offer, including an amusement park, pavilion on the beach, live beach music and dancing clubs, and a variety of great dining options, all within easy walking distance. Most importantly, it is located on the ocean and offers some of the best ocean views in the building. The fact that the balcony is oriented toward the south also allows for taking in the spectacular sunsets while watching the surf roll in.

Whether you want to kayak the salt marshes just up the road, swim/play in the ocean, enjoy the picturesque, spacious oceanfront heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, and sundeck, or head out just a few blocks down the beach to all the entertainment Ocean Drive has to offer, consider this condo for you!

If you just want to relax, you don't have to leave the condo to be inspired by the spectacular beach vista and soothing sounds of the ocean. This is beach living and you set the pace!

All linens, wash rags, and towels are provided upon request for a fee of $25.00 per bed. Additional amenities include free onsite covered parking, two elevators, cable TVs, Free Wifi, a Bose Radio, and a coffee maker.

I also have a studio condo in St. Augustine, right on the beach with an obstructed ocean view (no balcony), and heated, year-round swimming pool, which we call Saltwater Suite. It is titled "Seaside Studio Condo With King Bed & Heated Pool".

Great location and condo for Ocean Drive. A little walk to the Pavilion for Shaggers but quiet at night. Loved being on the ocean. The owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend it.
