Country house located in a scenic area. Quiet and peaceful, is immersed in the typical Sicilian countryside, rich in citrus and olive groves. Within walking distance of the town of Noto, famous for its Baroque (which has made it a world heritage site). To the beautiful beaches of Vendicari (Vendicari, Calamsche and MArianelli);The House lies within an ancient masseria. Located on the top floor, enjoys a panorama that sweeps from the countryside to the sea. Accessed by a dirt road, which distanziandola approximately 800 m from the main road provides privacy and silence. Recently restored, the rooms are spacious and bright.The bathroom is small but very cute why finished with local stone. The kitchen is habitable but given the beauty of the surrounding countryside are advised to use the panoramic veranda (where the kitchen is located directly) to eat leisurely lunches and dinners, immersed in nature.

The approximately 6 km from the beautiful beaches of the natural reserve of Vendicari is an ideal place for those who enjoy both the sea and the countryside.
