Description

This stunning view pool apartment is situated in our family villa in a picturesque fishing town Novigrad, in the northeastern part of Zadar county.

This scenic town surrounded by Novigrad sea, the beautiful mountain Velebit and pinewoods, is an ideal vacation place or a starting point in discovering natural beauties of Dalmatia.

Apartment features open air heated swimming pool and a furnished terrace, equipped with sun lounges and parasols, offering an amazing view of the sea bay, the mountain Velebit and the whole town of Novigrad.

Free-to-use barbecue facility is provided as well as a covered terrace where al fresco dining with astonished view can be enjoyed.

Its modern air-conditioned interior features a balcony with a sea view (access through the hall), a living room with a TV (paid services Netflix and Amazon Prime), free Wi-Fi throughout the property and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Within the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Note: the pool, the terrace by the pool and the barbecue facility is shared with guests from one more apartment (2-bedroom apartment) and our family.

The beach is 1.5km away, while a grocery shop, the local marketplace, café bars and restaurants are located at a distance of 1km.

Novigrad is situated in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 30km to NP Paklenica, 50km to NP Kornati, 70km to NP Krka and 120km to NP Plitvice Lakes.

The ancient core of the city of Zadar is 32km away, while Zadar Airport is at the distance of 22km.
