Modernly furnished apartment on the 1st floor with parquet flooring and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with glasses, plates and cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, milk and sugar.

We are conveniently located on the eastern outskirts of Nuremberg, 15 minutes away from trade fair, airport and main station Nuremberg. To reach the trade fair, with a single connection at the main station in the Metro in 25 minutes.

# Metro station 500 metres away, departing every hour # S-Bahn station 1,2 km, every 20 minutes on request we can provide departure rolls or just breakfast in our snack. More food to the heat in the apartment we can prepare also likes you.

Gladly we organize you at short notice all the necessary things you need at the fair and can give them this even up to the level.

The living rooms are equipped with wooden parquet floors, TV and kitchen with stove, coffeemachine, water boiler, cutlery, china and glassware.

We are easily accessible and conveniently located at the eastern perphery of Nuremberg, only 15 minutes away from the Nuremberg trade fair, airport and central station.

By public transportation you can reach the NürnbergMesse with one change from train to subway within 25 minutes.

# federal railroad station at 500m distance, departure every hour # commuter train station 1,2 km distance, departure every 20 minutes special arrangements possible, such as: bread & sandwich service or breakfast at our butcher's shop that prepared snacks and dishes for you to warm up in the apartment. We can thus organise everyting you need for your exhibition stand at a short time, even with delivery directly to the exhibiton.
