Description
Five bedroom home just a mile and a half from the center of Oak Bluffs. Hardwood floors throughout as well as updated furnishings and decor. Dining area is extended by a nice sized sunny deck for outdoor dining. Perfect for a large family vacation. Close to the Lagoon.
TENANT supplies sheets and towels.
Mini split a/c units throughout the house. The attic, all bedrooms and the main floor all have them. The basement suite has a window unit.
OWNER supplies beach towels, if tenants use them they must be washed and dried before you depart.
Additional amenities: Coffee Maker, Lobster Pot, Outdoor Shower, Vacuum, Wine Glasses
