Enjoy sweeping water and mountains views from this spacious duplex home. This 1,550 s.f., one-bedroom apartment is fully-furnished with a eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room and office/study.

The house sits on a hill that gently rolls down to the water. The garden-level, lower unit is self-contained and opens up to a covered patio and to the lush, landscaped lawn overlooking Dugualla Bay. It's a magical feeling to sit out in the back, shaded by ornamental trees, blueberry bushes and blooming fuchsias, to watch the ever-changing tides, snow-capped mountains and the sun or moon make it's way across the horizon.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet weekend away from home. The apartment has everything you might need and is beautifully laid out. I will certainly be staying here again soon!
