One of the most beautiful condo's we have seen in O.C. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights...walked the beach...watched the sun set...ate at great restaurants...sun bathed...had fun in the game room and just enjoyed the luxury and comfort of such a gorgeous condo. My Daughter and her family came down the rest of the week and they were mesmerized at the beauty of the condo. The grand children 2, 6 and 10 loved it especially all the sliding glass doors!!! They enjoyed the swimming pools, game room, playgrown...that no other facility has!!! ...the basket ball court and of course the beach. It was totally a wonderful and beautiful experience in the best condo ever!!! We have already booked it for May and September...can't wait to feel like a queen again!! We were there in September and we left the sliding glass doors open at night...wow what a breeze...Oh forgot...the wrap around deck is luxurious and overwhelming...you can see anything and everything just prop your feet up and watch everyone on the beach!! .also security was great!! Facility and court yard are truly one of a kind!! Can't wait until May!!!

Stayed at Seawatch 100 during the week o aug 24th -August1. The unit was very nice. Spacious, clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable.Adequate space for many to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. The views of the ocean and dunes were beautiful. Seawatch has so much to offer for families. The baby pool , the inside pool and the outside pool, as well as the beach right there offer great options for swimming and sunbathing for all ages.It is very convenient to shops and bars and restaurants. It was our 1st time staying on a lower floor at Seawatch and at times the we didn't like hearing all the kids and people coming off the beach while we were sitting on the balcony. However using the stair was a nice option instead of waiting for the elevator most times. I felt the balcony was a cluttered with the hammock, swings and several different sets of seating's.All and all we had a very nice time. I would highly recommend this unit to families but i think we will try to rent a unit on a higher floor next time. I do enjoy the vast views of the beach and ocean from upper floors.

The unit we stayed in at the Sea Watch (#100) was fabulous! It was completely stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware that you could need to cook. It even had a blender! And hair dryers in the bathrooms! There are plenty of couches to sit on and views of the ocean from the living room and the kitchen! The views from all the bedrooms were spectacular because you could see the ocean from each of the bedrooms, also. And the fact that you could access the deck from each bedroom was great! And speaking of the deck, we absolutely loved all the furniture that the owners put on the deck! There were two hammock chairs that were constantly being used and one full sized hammock that some of us used to take a nap! We really enjoyed the fact that we could use the stairs instead of the elevators to go in and out of the unit. And the grandchildren loved the ability to watch the family of bunnies that live outside the unit. We've stayed at the Sea Watch for many years, but never in the front unit. It's definitely worth the extra dollars to spend the week in an excellent condo unit. I have always recommended the Sea Watch to my friends, but now I've added the suggestion to try staying in the front unit...you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Watch 0100. The apartment was the most beautiful we've stayed in and we've been vacationing at OC, Md., for the past 45 years. Our family has grown and vacation with us, so we need a roomy Condo. This one fully met our needs. The only drawback for us is that we have a handicapped adult and a beach wheelchair is a must! We were unable to get one from this location and we've not had any trouble getting one in any other location we've stayed.
