Step off the elevator & enter, via keyless entry, to the breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling wall of windows! Enjoy the spacious living & dining area, with room for the whole family to come together around the large dining table or hang by the breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen allows room for meal prep. Walk out to the large, private oceanfront, 19th floor balcony. Relax, take a deep breath & enjoy the view!

Upstairs the master bedroom loft with en-suite bath provides it’s own private 20th floor balcony to catch a sunrise over the ocean, watch the boats in the bay. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Open the curtains to the loft to expand the views.

King bed in the second room with inner balcony views has shared hallway full bath. Double twin & full bunk beds in third bedroom give kids their privacy as well. All rooms have their own smart TV.

Back downstairs you’ll find the 4th bedroom with a twin trundle bed, offering 2 twin beds.Also, you have the luxury of a full size commercial washer & dryer.

Response from the owner I take great pride in the condition of my unit as the photos on the website are updated & show the actual condition of the unit. It is a large & spacious unit, perfect for large families & groups.I let it be known although it is considered 4 bedrooms, the den with a trundle bed, (not a futon) is not a totally closed room. It's a great space for the kids, or teenagers. The queen size bed is in fact a platform bed with a brand new mattress. It does not require a boxspring. The unit is professionally cleaned after each & every rental. This is a privately owned unit, & I do my best to visit & update, make repairs when the unit is not rented. However, sometimes minor things happen mid season, that cannot necessarily be immediately addressed. These minor issues (i.e. 2 mirrors cracked & were removed immediatedly,) happened while cleaning the unit, between rentals. After the season I will replace all the mirrors. These issues will in no way impact a wonderful vacation! I appreciate all who rent & enjoy the unit with beautiful ocean views, spacious room to enjoy the whole family & friends. I hope you enjoy the unit as much as I do!

Response from the owner This was the first and only time, in more than 20 years of rentals, that I did not return a security deposit. The tenant did extensive damage to some contents of the unit, resulting in costly repairs. Many of the accusations are totally unfounded. A professional service thoroughly cleans the unit afte each and every tenant. I take great pride in ownership, constantly maintaining and updating, accommodating my guests as much as possible. The unit is very clean, spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary ammenities, including all the building has to offer. I welcome you to enjoy the spectacular views, from every room!
