Please note: the annual harbor dredge is currently underway in Oceanside, California to replenish our stunning beaches with sand. The Sand Replenishment project starts April 12th and will last 6-8 weeks, with the biggest impact on North Coast Village expected around April 12-17. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, we want to remind visitors that this project is outside of our control and is essential for the health and safety of our harbor and beaches. THE VIEW

Come and relax in Harbor Cottage - G32, a harbor-facing upper cottage in North Coast Village. Harbor Cottage is located in the only complex in Oceanside that sits directly On-The-Sand which means there is nothing standing between you and a stunning view of the ocean, sand, and harbor! G32 faces the more secluded portion of the beach which allows you to escape the crowds and make your vacation what it should be, a relaxing and fun retreat!

KITCHEN AND DINING

Enjoy a beautifully updated kitchen that is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 4 spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS

The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a large comfortable sofa sleeper sectional with a chaise lounge. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING

G32 comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a California King-size bed and the guest bedroom features a Queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well as an air mattress in the closet. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the unit

-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.

-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.

-G32 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA

G32 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
