Description

Apartment on the first and second floor (entrance via outside stairs) of a detached house with walled garden just 500 meters from the beach, Trogir 3500m. It has a free parking space in the courtyard of the accommodation, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, cafe bars …

Entrance via outside stairs: hall, toilet, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and two cozy sofa beds for three people, open kitchen with a microwave, four ceramic hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a fridge with freezer compartment. On the second floor hall, bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, towels, and hairdryer, a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, clean bedding, air conditioning and patio doors to the roof terrace. You can also use a large shared roof terrace (60 m2) so that you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with a glass of Dalmatian quality wine and a beautiful view over the Trogir and the sea.

The roof terrace (60 m2) that is shared with the guests of our other apartment is equipped with an outdoor kitchen (grill), tables, deck chairs, beach beds, a swing sofa and parasols.

If you need a, cot, please request this in advance.

The washing machine (use washing machine € 3 per wash), iron and ironing board are all in separate laundry facilities.

In the shaded courtyard of the accommodation is a barbecue, table, deck chairs, garden bench and parasols, that is shared with the guests of our other apartment.

The owner lives on the ground floor and available for your questions.

The accommodation offers an airport shuttle service for a surcharge Split.

Wanneer je naar buiten gaat buitendeur op slot doen, ramen dicht, verlichting en alle elektrische apparaten uit doen (TV, airconditioning ….) close parasols.

When going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances ( TV, air-conditioning....) close sunshades.

Mooi en heel schoon appartement. Geweldig dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Leuk dorpje en heerlijke zee, aan 2 kanten bereikbaar.
