La struttura si trova in aperta campagna 10 km a sud di Olbia.Perfettamente integrato in un ambiente dove predomina una bellissima macchia mediterranea con la presenza soprattutto della quercia da sughero, del mirto e del corbezzolo, in primavera nella nostra guesthouse potrete scoprire i profumi ed i colori di questa stupenda vegetazione, in estate vi troverete un momento di relax pur a breve distanza dalle spiagge affollate.
E' una piccola dependance,totalmente indipendente a breve distanza dal corpo centrale,composta da camera matrimoniale,bagno e piccolo salottino.
Molto ampia è arredata con un letto matrimoniale,divano letto doppio letto,armadio a muro,scrivania,docking station per la radio internet e la musica.
La connessione Internet è offerta gratuitamente.
La colazione non è compresa ma possiamo prepararla su richiesta a pagamento. Viene servita nel gazebo in giardino che viene anche utilizzato come spazio comune per il relax o per consumare il proprio cibo d'asporto.La mattina vi troverete il the ed il caffè offerti dalla guesthouse.
The structure is located in the open countryside 10 km south of Olbia, perfectly integrated in an environment where a beautiful Mediterranean scrub predominates with the presence especially of the cork oak, myrtle and arbutus, in spring in our guesthouse you can discover the scents and colours of this beautiful vegetation, in summer you will find a moment of relaxation while a short distance from the crowded beaches.
It's a small dependance, totally independent at a short distance from the main building, consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and small living room.
It is very spacious and furnished with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk and a docking station for internet radio and music.
Internet connection is offered free of charge.
Breakfast is not included but we can prepare it on request for a fee. Breakfast is served in the gazebo in the garden, which is also used as a common area to relax or to eat your own take-away food. In the morning you will find tea and coffee offered by the guesthouse.
La estructura se encuentra en el campo abierto a 10 km al sur de Olbia.Perfectamente integrado en un entorno en el que predomina un hermoso matorral mediterráneo con la presencia sobre todo del alcornoque, mirto y madroño, en la primavera en nuestra casa de huéspedes puede descubrir los olores y colores de esta hermosa vegetación, en verano se encuentra un momento de relajación, mientras que una corta distancia de las playas llenas de gente.
Es una pequeña dependencia, totalmente independiente a poca distancia del edificio principal, que consta de dormitorio doble, baño y pequeña sala de estar.
Muy amplio está amueblado con una cama doble, sofá cama, armario, escritorio, estación de acoplamiento para la radio de Internet y la música.
La conexión a Internet se ofrece de forma gratuita.
El desayuno no está incluido, pero podemos prepararlo a petición del cliente por un suplemento. Se sirve en el cenador del jardín que también se utiliza como espacio común para relajarse o para consumir su comida para llevar.
