Located just 20 minutes from the unforgettable experiences at Disney and 30 minutes from the big rides at Universal. Shops and restaurants are within easy driving distances.

LIVING SPACE
The kitchen and breakfast area is a great size and very well appointed, with a small breakfast nook (table and chairs for four). Full laundry facilities are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the main living room – a spacious family entertainment space with huge wide-screen TV, plenty of natural light, generous leather sofas and views to the pool area. This vacation home has a second living room and a formal dining area, so is enough entertaining space for big groups to be accommodated very comfortably and for everyone to be able to do their own thing.
ENTERTAINMENT
This vacation home also has a good size games room, which includes a table football table, air hockey table and a small pool table.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The pool is fully screened and is south-west facing, so it is perfect for making the most of the wonderful Florida sunshine. Enjoy alfresco dining by the pool with the family or escape the Florida sun for a while and relax in the shade. Pool size: Length:30ft, Width:11ft, Depth:3ft-5ft
The pool can be heated for a small additional charge ($30 per day) and we recommend you book this optional extra in advance if you are staying between October and April.
PET FRIENDLY : This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
