Beautiful, contemporary 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxurious penthouse apartment in the lovely village of Olhos D'Agua. This apartment is part of a luxury complex offering guests access to a rooftop sun terrace, tennis court and 2 pools.This penthouse has stunning seaviews from all rooms.Whether sitting at the dining table,lying in bed or even having a shower you will get to enjoy the glorious sea views. This apartment is furnished to an immaculate and high level with all mod cons. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and includes a children's only and adult shared pools. Sun loungers are dotted around the gardens and pools . A secure onsite, underground carpark is also available to guests who have hired a car. As you would expect a high level of security is also offered. This apartment is central to all activities.

The beautiful beach and promenade of Olhos D'Agua is a 5 minute walk away. The larger Falesia, Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia beaches are only a short 5 minute drive away. Watersports are available at the beaches and there is a selection of Waterparks to choose from including the world famous Zoo Marine where you can swim with dolphins.

Within a 5 minute drive from the apartment there are a choice of golf courses (Pine Cliffs and Balia Golf Village) and the famous golf courses and marina of Villamoura are only a 10 minute drive away.

An English-speaking representative will meet and greet you on your arrival and will answer any questions that you may have. Thus ensuring you have a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Prices are inclusive of clean laundry and towels although guests must provide their own pool and beach towels.

The apartment will be cleaned and all bedlinen and towels laundered weekly to correspond with weekly rentals. However if you book the apartment for a longer stay and would like it to be cleaned and linen and towels to be laundered, then this can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

On booking, a 50%non-refundable deposit is required. The 50%balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival, together with a £250 breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded within fourteen days of your departure subject to satisfactory inspection. Rental includes all bills in the apartment.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 large single beds.

Air conditioning is installed in both bedrooms and living area ,all doors/windows come with mosquito screens and shutters.

The apartment has two balconies. The master bedroom has access to a curved balcony with sea views. A sun lounger can be found here. The other balcony is accessed via the living room or second bedroom. Guests can dine al fresco using the table and chairs that are sited here. A large roof sun terrace is available for guests, as are the shared gardens, pools and tennis court.; all of which are key-accessed. There is a pool-side shower.

The grounds of the apartment are secured with locking gates and guests can benefit from underground parking with lift access to the apartment.

Appartement voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachting, erg ruim met mooie open keuken. Inrichting mag iets gezelliger. Rustige ligging op enkele minuten lopen naar het strand. Wij willen graag terug!

“Lovely apartment and location”

We have just stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. It was lovely with a. Good central location to 3 amazing beaches within a 15 min walk. Olhos beach is lovely but can be crowded especially in August, there is a great little shop selling cold drinks for about 1€ just by the beach. the club med beach was nice but the sea a little rocky for us. And our favourite was the start of the Falesia beach, although there are 122 steps to walk down/up by far the best beach. We walked to the local restaurant each night and there was plenty of variety to choose from. The apartment is about 10 mins from Albufeira centre and 15 mins from Vilamoura so great if you want to venture a bit further afield. Can not fault the apartment the appliances and furnishings were all top quality. Our only criticism is there are not enough sun beds or umbrellas at the pool. If you are not prepared to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve your beds (which we are not) you won’t get any. This may only be a problem in peak seasons when it’s fully booked. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks for an amazing holiday.
