Description
This is a unique location and the air is a mixture of mountain, sea, and river air. In the vicinity, there are only 12-weekend cottages and the location itself is isolated from any noise and still close enough to all the necessary facilities. The view on the canyon of river Cetina and the popular tourist destination Radman's Mills is breathtaking. The house is situated 6 km from the town of Omis and the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast. Omis is a charming little town on the Adriatic Coast with approximately 25 000 inhabitants and the facilities that will enrich your vacation. The city of Split is only 19 km to the West and it is a very popular destination to the thousands of tourists from all over the world because of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city of Split is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Only 35 km from the house there is an airport and a few kilometers further away there is an amazing historical city of Trogir.
You will find any type of beach you like at the Omis Riviera - from a kilometer-long sandy beach in the town’s center to a line of gorgeous beaches with fine pebbles. What most of them have in common is a deep and natural shade. The city center is vibrant and full of life. Those looking for a more active holiday will not have to look far in Omiš - in the area of just a few kilometers you will find rafting, free climbing, paragliding, diving, sailing, beach volleyball...all you adrenaline junkies have to do is take your pick.
The minimum stay in the period of 1st June till 30th September is one week (7 days) so there is a possibility to rent only one, two or more weeks. Arrival and departure of guests are always on Saturday. We take into consideration only families with children, couples, or groups of grown-ups (30 years and older). This is a quiet location for a vacation so we cannot accept reservations from groups of very young people who expect loud parties at night.
Villa Zoro was completely renovated in the year 2013 and provides all the necessary comfort for 6 people. Wood dominates the interior of the house which gives a special atmosphere. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a large and a small toilet, three terraces, a barbecue, and a large garden. Our GPS (Garmin) is also available for free borrowing. The Internet can be used by five users simultaneously and there is a satellite television program. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and hairdryer. There is also a baby cot, a seat for the baby, and a tub.
The price includes final cleaning, towels, and sheets.
For cooler days the house is equipped with central heating, and there is a fireplace that works perfectly. You can use indefinitely wood for the grill and fireplace.
The pool is large 27 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. During your vacation just is at your disposal.
The house is insulated and in the summer it reaches a comfortable temperature and there are also two air conditioners.
The nearest mini-market is in the distance of 2.3 km and the super-market is in the distance of 6.2 km.
In the neighborhood, there are only 12-weekend cottages. Most of the owners are physicians and teachers who live in Split and spend only their weekends in the cottages. The owner of one of the neighboring houses is a married couple from Manchester. They fell in love with this unique place and decided to spend their free time here.

“Just perfect!”
Ante was the most helpful, friendly and generous host we have ever experienced and made our holiday very special. The villa is in a beautiful location with lots of outside space to sit, relax, eat and sunbathe. It as also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from use of a GPS to mosquito repellent. There were 6 adults in our party ranging from 55 to 17 and there was lots of things to do in the surrounding area - we particularly enjoyed the rafting, canyoning and the zip line. Our trip to the island of Hvar was also a highlight. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Omis to enjoy a night out. This was our first trip to Croatia and we're blown away - will definitely be back !

“Great holiday, lovely villa, super host”
We stayed at Villa Zorro for two weeks in June and July. Villa Zorro is lovely with everything you need (and more) for a relaxing holiday. The villa location was great with amazing views of the sea and Brac and it is so quiet which is a big "must have" for us. Ante, the host, does an amazing job and makes you feel so welcome. I was a little concerned booking on line (using trip advisor's PayPal service for the first time) but Ante responds immediately to each email and sent some really useful arrival information. The villa is very comfortable and it feels instantly like "home". During our two seek stay we had between three and seven people in the house with ages ranging from 4 to over 70 and everyone was well catered for. It was a little cramped with seven people and I would not wish to do this for longer than a couple of days but it was perfect for five people which we had most of the time. The shutters and a/c ensure a good night's sleep. The house is pretty much as listed but what you don't get from the listing is how tranquil the location is and how well looked after you will feel. There is a short drive (10mins) down the switchbacks to Omis which has a pretty little old town and some good restaurants ( we liked Bastion) and then on to the beach just beyond Omis where we dined at Bibilo three times (a restaurant suggested by Ante). The beaches were crowded so get up early if you want a spot. There is a little beach at Mimice which was my favourite although it is difficult to park and a long walk down (or rather up!) the hill back to the car. The beaches at Brela are reportedly the best in Croatia but these were super-crowded and not somewhere we chose to return to. We had a wonderful holiday and loved this villa. I have fallen in love with Croatia I will be recommending Villa Zorro to all my friends. We will certainly be back.

“Perfect getaway”
We loved our stay at Villa Zoro! Recently renovated, it is a lovely spacious place with a great outdoor area and pool. Views across the sea to Brac, and a short drive from the town of Omis we really liked its location away from the busier areas. During our week stay we did rafting and canyoning on the nearby Cetina river, spent a day on Brac and one at Krka national park, whilst also visiting Split and Trogir. In short, everywhere is easily accessible from Villa Zoro! Would recommend this place to anyone, and Ante is a wonderful host.
