Nice unit in the (ex) Hotel Mont Vernon, Tortola building panoramic beach and sea view, on the French side of St Marteen, French West Indies, on Orient Beach, known to be one of the famous beach in the Caribbean, with very clear water, white sand, restaurants and bars. Huge swimming pool, tennis court in the resort and 24/24 hour security.

At night Grand Case, 'la capitale gastronomique des Antilles' and Orient Bay Village are lively. There are also a good night life and Casinos in Maho, in Dutch side, at around 10 miles.

The unit is well furnished and equipped, flat screen 30', wifi, washing machine etc... Linen is provided laundry is include.
