Description
Owl's Den are two fully functional self catering log cabins on my premises. Both are surrounded by trees and a lush garden. We are situated in Oudtshoorn and only 5 minutes drive or walk from town as well as restaurants, shops and garages.
The little cabins are private and each have a little deck and barbeque facility. It is rustic but homely with all the requirements for a holiday away from home! Parking is under roof behind a remote access gate. Each occupant receives his/her own remote for the duration of the stay.
I provide a welcome basket (local wine / biscuits and sweets) as well as linen, towels, toilet paper, small toiletries and coffee, tea, sugar and rusks for a start.
Terrain is difficult and not wheelchair friendly and persons with walking difficulties might have a problem reaching the top cabin although the stairs are even. No children aloud under the age of 13 since I prefer my few guests to relax in a tranquil environment. Pets are on the premises and therefore no pets allowed. No smoking in the cabins allowed. I ensure privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Washing can be handed in at a nearby facility. We do not have tv's in our cabins.
