Description
The villa is located a few meters from Carratois Beach-Rio Point which is the natural continuation of the shore opposite the island of currents, it is an extensive sandy beach, along a few kilometres, characterized by fine sand and shallow sea (away from the coast should be enough to find the high water): ideal conditions for families with children. The final stretch of beach attracts the attention of many tourists, but also locals, constantly attracted by natural clusters of clay that anyone ashamed to slather on.
behind the villa there is a Simbiotic nature reserve.
just a few km. are Known, Marzamemi and Pachino, Portopalo di Capo passero, Syracuse and although slightly more distant is within easy reach of Ragusa, Modica and Scicli (the Man).
in the inside there are 3 bedrooms 2 double beds and 2 with 2 beds, 1 bath, 1 shower, 1 kitchen, 2 large outside porches, BBQ corner 2 1 showers 2 covered parking places terns with square that allows internal maneuvers and a garden, 2 other small gardens including a rock overlooking the wide arcades are, the House is air-conditioned and equipped with refrigerator , washing machines and other household appliances.
