The Admiralty couldn't have been nicer. We stayed there in the past and loved it then. It's even more beautiful now with new furnishings and unobstructed views from everywhere. If you want a luxurious vacation stay, 3399 Ocean Front Walk is the place for you. But, remember, NO ELEVATOR in case you have handicapped or elderly in your party.

This vacation home was beautiful and in a perfect location with an amazing view. The technology was frustrating and when we called and texted for help (suppose to be 24 hr) no one responded, I had to call them again the next morning to finally get some help. Other than that it was a great place to stay even though definately on the very expensive side,

Filled this out already...computer went down...will try again.
We had a great time and did love the unit, however, there were some problems.
The unit was expensive considering there were ants in kitchen...even after pest control came out. TV's were a nightmare...had to call tech several times (he was nice and easy to work with) but it was frustrating the amount of time spent on trying to get the TVs to work. One TV shared a remote with another TV. Carpets were dirty.... cleaning would have made a big difference! Countertops in kitchen had a film on them that was hard to clean off (should see what maids are using to clean the granite). Windows were dirty on outside (even on patio) which I understand is a problem for top floor units. All other units we have stayed at in the past have had instructions on use of appliances, TV, sound systems, etc. this is really a must for this unit....we never did figure out how to use the speakers in the unit. I think we overpaid considering the issues we had to deal with while there. We pay considerably less for another unit we usually rent at and it is an equally nice unit without any of these problems. If they fix these problems, and reduce the rate, I would stay again. Otherwise, it has a beautiful view and the beds are excellent (often a problem at rentals), in a great location! I am being hard on this unit because of the cost...I would expect more at this rate...a few more towels would have been helpful as well. These are all problems that can be easily fixed. Rental staff was nice and willing to help when needed.

Wonderful location, great view, great accommodations. However, the narrow stair well to the unit was pitch black from sundown around 5:00 until the lights came on automatically at 8:00. There is no manual control of the stairwell lights. It created a genuine safety risk, especially given the stairs were wet with rain the entire weekend. An electrician was promised on our last night there, but the problem was not fixed. Read more
Hi Ernie, the electrician finally was able to get into the lock box in the garage. We had been trying to get in touch with the owner of the unit to get a key for the lock box. It is finally fixed and
we are very sorry he wasn't able to fix it when he was out. He said he left a message on the door?

The location couldn't have been better. The furnishings were top notch. Two things need improvement. House keeping needs to do a more thorough gob and something to clean off the deck each morning due to the moisture. Family so enjoyed the house it will become a new annual vacation

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week. The view was incredible...and the proximity to the beach and ocean was perfect. The breezes were most welcome, as it was hot and occasionally we did wish for a/c, but not for long! Would recommend a covered trash can in the kitchen...who knew flies like the beach, too? Unanimous verdict to return next summer!

We enjoyed our stay very much, but did not have hot water until Monday evening.if I was to offer any suggestions, it would be nice to provide more than two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom for a weeks stay. Also, a hair dryer is fairly standard. Had a great time though!

What a wonderful vacation spot for our family. The location was perfect, the home was very clean with everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was amazing to say the least with dophins and sea lion sightings daily. The staff at SDVR was very professional and helpful! We would definitely recommend this place to friends and we will be back for sure!

The condo was beautiful and the location was great. We really liked how the living area opened to the patio. The downside was that we went 4 days not being able to open broken window shades and went 2 days with no TV because the remote was broken. Then when it was replaced it was not replaced with the correct remote and we had to stand up to point it at the system and the "fix" made the bedroom TV not work. The audio/visual system is really complicated and was out of whack from previous tenants. It was good we brought our own music but it would have been nice to have the condo's system working on the patio.
With that said, we did love the place and would consider staying there again.

The stay was nice. A couple of things I would recommend is not being bothered with window cleaners during the stay. He came and got the entire deck wet while cleaning when we were trying to enjoy the day. Finally, rain glutter maintenance came at 9am the morning of checkout which delayed the checkout process. We were not able to use the front door due to a ladder blocking door.

Been to San Diego. Didn't want to run around town again either sight-seeing or tryng to catch up with family & friends... . What a perfect spot for everyone to gather & huddle. Friends & family came to us... and were 'wowww-ed'by the amenities & view. We'll be back.

We were totally amazed and pleased with all aspects of our stay in this fabulous unit. From the spectular 180 degree ocean views, to the huge balcony with fireplace and the beautifully designed interior, this space has it all. After staying here for a month, our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.
"A repeat visit to a newly remodeled condo in a fabulous spot!"

Such a great third story condo with a beautiful view. So well appointed with great kitchen equipment! Fireplace for the living room and deck was great on chilly mornings! Dolphins playing everyday and fun surfers to watch.
