Fun & Playful “Loft” unit, Point Break 3 is a 2br + 1.5ba 2-level home with stunning Bay Views and an exclusive outdoor balcony. Situated in the heart of Mission Beach, this modern remodeled home is located on the 2nd level + 3rd level loft space & features SMART TV's in all rooms, BBQ, 2 car driveway, easy beach access, & sleeps 6.

LIVING AREA

Our home is located within a new 3-unit Bay Front building, and is situated towards in a quiet rear portion of the building.

Water Views can be seen from the kitchen & living room! Enter this 2 story home off the 2nd floor & into the main living room, which is open to the kitchen & private outdoor Water View balcony! The living room features a plush sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, beautiful wood-beamed vaulted ceilings, wood plank flooring, and recessed LED lighting. Just off the living room is an all new kitchen with custom quartz stone countertops, glass tile backsplash, hardwood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, & 4 person dining. There are also beautiful French doors that lead to your balcony that is exclusive to this unit, with a BBQ & outdoor seating. Off the living room is a spacious Master Suite outfitted with a King bed with a separate seating area. Off the living room there is a full bathroom with quartz counters & travertine tiling (tub/shower combo), as well as a.stylish spiral staircase leading to the fully enclosed loft area, with it's own half bathroom (toilet, sink) & double sofa sleeper!

OTHER FEATURES

Other features include a washer/dryer inside the home, and beach amenities including sand toys, beach chairs, & boogie boards. Downstairs has an outdoors shower, perfect after soaking in the bay, and an amazing gas fire pit that is shared amongst the other 2 units. Sit back & enjoy water views & kids playing on white sandy beaches & swim-friendly bay, rent a kayak or paddle board, & watch Sea World fireworks from the privacy of your own home. PLEASE NOTE our new heating and air conditioning system functions the main living area + master bedroom, and does well to funnel up to the upper level loft area.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.

• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

How do damage deposits work?
