I have spent the last year traveling the world with my son and this place was really great to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items that you need. It was super close to the beach, to restaurants, clubs and it is on a quiet street so you can sleep. The beds were comfy the linens were fantastic. This owner really provides quality and makes sure that you have everything you need. We had breakfast out in the backyard everyday and I enjoyed playing out there with my son. It had a/C which was nice because once a year for a week it gets hot in SD and it was nice to have the option of turning on the a/C. If you want to watch movies it had a nice big screen TV and tons of Cd's for listening to music. No worries on parking because it had off street parking.
All-in-all a great stay. Only small drawback was it only has one bathroom. So if you are a big party you might find it a challenge. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to PB. Safe travels and enjoy!!!
